From a balloon hem dress!

I think I was 14 when I first got this dress :O

Tell me why I still kept it after more than a decade!

Now you know the not-so-secret of me being a hoarder!

This used to have a balloon hem which I snipped off a few years ago after I got my sewing machine, as it was just making me look too young!

Never had any idea how and what to do about it though!

This time, I decided to hem the bottom and add an elastic/casing so that it became more fitted below the bust! :D
