Once upon a time it was sweeping the floor!

Had this skirt for the longest time of like ten years or so, but I never really wore it because it was just too loose and big on me! Every time I cleared my wardrobe though, I never could bear to throw it out. Finally took it apart to transform it!

It was the first time working with gathers and elastic, and I was definitely pleased with how it turned out!

Could not have done it without guidance from this video tutorial by madebyaya!
