Lace dress to skirt and pouch!

My very first transformation of a garment into another garment! I loved this dress that two friends had given me as a birthday gift a few years back, but it became tight and short, with a hole in the underarm area too! I just couldn't give up the beautiful fabric! The hoarder in me just had to transform it, and the dress was given a new life into a pouch (reusing the original zipper) and a pencil skirt!
