Because every piece is handmade, small variations are normal and part of the charm — they don’t affect function.

I accept returns or replacements only for items with a genuine fault, such as a structural issue affecting function (e.g., stitching coming undone or broken hardware).

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. Approved returns must be unused and in original condition. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
