Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Not at the moment — I currently ship within NZ only.
How long will my order take to ship?
Ready-made items are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

What other options are available?

-
Local pickup available at Bayview/Glenfield/Albany areas: Free
-
Local (personal) delivery for North Shore (Auckland) suburbs: $3
-
Depending on location and availability, other local meetup or delivery areas may be possible within Auckland.
Do you accept custom orders?
I love custom projects, but I can only take on a few at a time alongside my full-time job.
If you have something in mind, reach out — I’ll let you know if I’m able to make it for you.
What if an item is out of stock?
Items are sewn in small batches from available fabric, so restocks may take some time and might feature a new fabric print. I’ll always keep you updated!
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is currently available via bank transfer only. Payment details will be provided when confirming your order.
Can I return an item?
Because each piece is handmade, small variations or imperfections can occur — this is part of the handmade charm, and they do not affect function.
Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty (e.g., a structural issue or broken hardware).
I’m happy to help if you have any concerns — just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
How do I care for my item?
Most items can be spot cleaned or gently hand-washed. See the Product/Care Guide for full details.
Will the fabric be exactly the same as the photos?
Fabric pattern placement may vary slightly — that’s the charm of handmade!
