The Order Process

THE ORDER PROCESS

Enquiries/Order

​

The check-out function is still currently unavailable, and any enquiries or orders are taken and responded to via Instagram, Facebook chat, email, as well as through the chat-box in this website.

 

Please screenshot your cart and get in touch through one of the following ways​

  • Instagram or Facebook chat to emikomakes

  • Email to emikomakes@gmail.com

  • Use the chat function on the site (please remember to leave your contact details)

  • Copy the text/details of your order and complete the Make an order form below the cart summary on the Shopping Cart/Check-out page.

Acknowledgement and Confirmation of Order

​

After the enquiry/order has been received, there will be direct communication in response to the interest. After confirmation of details, a notification or invoice may be sent for payment request. Made-to-order items (e.g. personalised cake toppers) will only be produced after payment has been processed. Throughout the process, the updates on the progress of design, production and delivery/pick-up status will be advised.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made via bank transfer to Emikomakes. Credit card payments may be made online via the link on the invoice, with a 2.9% convenience fee.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

​

Due to the nature of this small beginning business, shipping methods are currently limited to

  • personal drive and drop-off local delivery in certain Auckland areas

  • pick-up from two locations

​

These options are available as products on Shopping options; please add your selected choice as a product in your shopping cart.

​

Charges are as follows for local delivery

  • Bayview/Rosedale: $3​

  • North Shore: $5

  • Orewa: $6

  • Central Auckland: $6

  • West Auckland - Henderson, Massey, Westgate, Swanson: $6

  • Other areas of Auckland: $8 - not guaranteed, but please state your whereabouts and we could discuss a possible drop-off or convenient meet-up option

Free pick-up options are available in the following areas

  • Bayview

  • Rosedale

 Specific street/address will be sent through private communication.

 

After final confirmation of order and payment received, depending on the product ordered, it may take up to 3-28 days before it is ready for pick-up or delivery.

Return policy

Returns

​

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of the products mainly being personalised for order, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving it, and we will not refund you in the case of a change of mind.

​

To be eligible for an exchange for an identical item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unworn or unused. Please send us the details and a photograph to emikomakes@gmail.com and we will organise and arrange a replacement. If so, please do allow for up to an additional 3-28 days for reproduction and delivery of the replacement.
